What is the link? it's a link to a skin creators blog, she's open the PSD (Photoshop) files to open public with full concent to do what you wish to them.
you can edit, and even sell them from what i've read from the licence and read files. pretty kool =O I'd just edit them and never want to sell or puchase another skin. xD

I have yet to gut them like a fish but it's safe to download from Mediafire.
