MOOD:
xD Useing the chobbits series to express one's mood is utterly hilarious in various situations,
Now onto today's babbling which is a bit better then usual,
mirroring back to the thoughts on working on maybe a video playthrough of a video game or something, since even if I am feeling slightly more confident about maybe stepping into Midgar it's really iffy and the ground is still unstable. I'm still going to wait it out, but if there's a popular demand I will make some more Video's for ShinRa network news, cause I like SNN, it's fun to work with. :D
and it lets me work on Machinima, which if I do another SNN report it'll be Riddel doing a Movie Review and introduceing herself as a new reporter, and then it'll be comercials and fake Midgar movie trailers. xD
and maybe zombies and Moogle/Moomba shoot em ups. ((Though I still love the fluffy pranceing creatures. XD))
but I don't think it's quite time to go back to Midgar, Maybe i'll make a little Hidden Leaf Video or something, but it's a tiny bit difficult to do, although easy enough now that i've gotten over my main hurdle, which is I love haveing 10492 HUD's on my screen, but I can part with all of them, unfortunately there's one I always use, which is my AO, it's a ZHAO version but the way to fix that is another type of AO which is wetikon, ((I think that's what it's called o_o;))
which just attaches to your avatar and away you go after saying "ao on",
and the reason I say I need to take off my HUD's is because when I make SL movies I usually like to turn off the edges of Second life, or rather the frames, which has the little blue buttons and junk below and above with the sim name et certa.
It's not all a big hassle to do such a thing, It's just ALT+CTRL+1 all together and then boom, got a perfect view of everything minus the frames, the chat, and everything else, I learned alot from my time with the Bedazzle crew,
Bedazzle is a group of talented second life actors, specialists modelers, texture artists, costumers, scriptors and character animators. and even a Linden (And or two or three) who is(Are) a awesome machinima maker.
I was able to take part in one of their and Eric Linden's productions, I believe it was 2005-06 ish. If you'd like to check it out see this Site.
It was a truely amazeing experience to work with such extrordinary people, and back then I was still scratching my head wondering what I could do since I really never delved into anything back then, this was a long while before I began to roleplay in Second life, s'all good fun.
speaking of roleplay, I'm trying to remember how I met all those crazy people who lead me to Hidden grass in the first place. first of all, a ol friend of mine called Mimi Therian told me that a anime sim had opened up a long while back, which was Nakama, and I started to hang out there alot even into the periods of where I went to be a Samurai Island samurai with a clan for funs and giggles, then that ran dry when a argument between leaders broke out,
then back at Nakama for Frostie, then one day while going around in a Taxi I met a newbie-ish Hiro Shimada in a Jounin vest and we talked about various animes and then went our seperate ways, a month later he told me about a cool as hell Akatsuki group that he was in and I was just getting into watching Naruto so I was all "Daym cool!"
and joined up under hidden sound, cause it sounded awesome, and we ran around sandboxes and newbie systems and everything. and one of our members gave me a snail genki hat, he was literally the first bishie I saw in second life, his name was Synapse Maxwell. he departed after a week of Akatsuki madness,
then one of the leaders asked during one of the random meetings what kind of messanger program we all used, [[Yahoo, MSN, Et cetra et cetra]] and I said I used MSN, Yahoo, and Skype. and then most of them reacted with surprise to see another skype user, and so we, Me, Hiro Shimada, Kakashi Okamoto, and another few members went daily on skype, then one afternoon/morning i groggily got on SL and was forced into skype, i believe the conversation went like this,
Hiro: Froooostiieee! Ninja village!
Frostie: .....What? Z_z
Hiro: Ninja Village!
Frostie: Who?
Hiro: .....Naruto!
Frostie: Oh!........what?
-Everyone bursts into laughter-
we also inlisted the aid of Paul Sarlo. if you could imagine a really laid back male version of Frostie Minus the craziness that'd be Paul. he's also the one who forced me to kiss Kairi Meng, that conversation on skype went like this.
Frostie: No, Kiba's pretty cool for a half assed RPer.
Hiro: Admit it heee loooveeees E-sune.
Frostie: Who doesn't?
Paul: I know Kairi does.
Frostie: My stomach just keel hauled a sandwitch.
Hiro: Frostie. You've gotta do something crazy, or else we're dis-owning you as our Ninja sister.
Paul: ...Yeah...
Frostie: Aren't I already crazy enough?
Hiro: Pssh. No.
Paul: Go kiss Kairi, or we wont forgive you.
Frostie: For what?
Hiro: Just do it! Geeze.
~Evil RP cow kiss transcript later when stolen internet is not being fucking stupid~
That was the most disturbing RP I ever had to do.
well...I think i'm running out of things to babble on, Until then,
I force anyone who reads this blog to choose, for the first video game playthrough with audio comentary, which do you think should be the first?
"More friends of Mineral Town" for the Gameboy advance?
Or "Legend of Zelda Ocarina of time"?
The Reason I choose Legend of Zelda and a Harvest moon game, is because LOZ OOT was the only one that I see hasn't had a video game playthrough yet to my knowledge as far as Something awful goons go, and.....*looks down at her "I'm a Harvest moon die-hard fan T-shirt* That explains it. XD
Anyways here's what SL used to look like in 2001, Good thing I joined in 2004 when they hit themselves on the head and made pretty things.
