hit by what? Ninja feaver. D8
now I know i'm really jinxing this.
but Hidden Grass is comeing back to life...AGAIN.
and under some actual good ownership. T_T
they've got a sim and everything so they're building it up, me and Kiba get to RP our characters from two years ago, the duder who's helping run it put us at our proper ranks everything all straightened out.
aparrently leaf and grass are right next to each other so I'll be able to RP with Darkan! :O and once open enrollment is up i'm sure if Yuges and Jordies/Noas and Edwards and Sixpences want to join they can :o unless they're sick of that sort of thing by now.
I finished writeing up Esune's history a while ago and fixing up her old avatar,
I'm praying so hard this doesn't fall through, I loved the original hidden grass in 2006, and Esune and everyone (....yes even Newb Darshe/Floyd were actually nice back then >_>)
....but I know now that i've written it....I don't even want to think of how much of a blue funk it'd put me in to find out it failed. ;.;
over and over I know I shouldn't put my heart into these things, but seriously, the most dedicated, asured, and happiest thing I've ever known is working with people on Ninja-like things. even when Waterfall failed (Because it was so close to a overpopulated porn store.) it was so much fun to work with the jordieness on Setsuna and Esune's history. and heartwarming. even writeing the notecard to make sure in hidden waterfall me and Kiba were compensated by rank for all the shit we had to go through spending well over four to five weeks figureing out all the damn plot holes in our history because of their time jumping, and being called "Frauds" for simply wanting our proper ranks, if there's a time jump you can't asume that two shinobi sat on their asses for five or six years doing nothing.
and that's why I like Naruto RP's; or at least, the ones I like enough to renember,
you have to show a fighting force to get what you need. it isn't always a popularity contest. the guise may be that. and if it's stupid to like something stupid then I may as well be Ignorant Mcgee.
on this subject i'd say ignorance is bliss, at least for a person like me who has convoluted plots of death XD
er off the subject of me drooling over ninjasim. D8
trying to figure out how to resurect the forum RP. not going so good since my brain is mush 24/7, and right now I have a stomach ache from drowning a can of monster (A normal can not a huge one) and lots of caffine over the period of three days. AND IT'S A MONDAY GODDAMNIT! Aaauuuggghhh hate mondays more then garfield.
I don't know why, I don't work at a job on mondays,I do texture work but I enjoy that. I generally asume a job on monday requires suffering, seriousness no laughs and being repressed all day, I just generally hate mondays....and sundays, Monday and sunday don't feel like days to me. I want to call Monday Tuesday #1 and Sunday Saturday #2. D=
spotlight put on something pretty awesome,
some games worth checking out-
"Shadow of Destiny/Memories"
"Syberia"
"Syberia II"
as from the wiki pages I asume most of you can figure out Frostie is a Adventure game Junkie. I know total housewife stuff but I love it. these games especially. I totally went out of my way to find Syberia 2 and Shadow of Destiny which were rotting away in a cold $20 and under bin. but now sit warmly on top of my desk <3
for Syberia I reccomend playing it on a Xbox if you can. PC is good, right now i'm playing through the PC version but it seems to have some sounds missing, maybe a problem with the installation but otherwise works fine.
but from what I renember, with Syberia and Syberia two. useing the triggers of the Xbox controller you can zoom in on documents and read them like they're under a magnifying glass. well...I thought that was cool at least D:
as well as the story for Syberia, it's very deep yet lighthearted in story. as you try to find Hans, the cinimatics/FMV's are beautiful, and really do the game justice,
er this may be a spoiler but I just want to tell you how emersive it is-
that from what I renember the main character gets called by her Fiance. and her best friend and boss from the office.
all throughout the game on her cellphone. and eventually her fiance cheats on her with her best friend at a dinner party, then both of them,
over the phone, cry to you about it.
then when you finally find Hans, Kate says "Nuts to this" and goes off to help a old man find mammoths. that is just freaking grade A awesome.
the controls and puzzles can be infuriateing at times. but I considor it worth it.
it's a very simple game with beautiful effects. which can also be used to describe Shadow of Destiny/Memories. lets just say, Frostie is not one to collect all the hidden peices to get the silly endings for most games. but she got all endings on Shadow of Destiny/Memories. the story is just that worth it.
argh enough of Frostie gasming about the awesomeness of three puzzle games. off to sleep with meeee <3
