Aieee! I'm sorry I haven't been keeping up on things like I usually would.
but for the first time in a long while I've really been hunkering down on studying.

I've had a bit of a phobia in relation to studying. just because most of my public education experiences had been incredibley bad. while most of my self taught/one on one education experiences had been good. though in a way that sort of boxed me into digital art. maybe i'm going around in circles straying from things I've said before.

but i'm slowly beginning to enjoy studying again, because when you need to learn to draw something, say a persian pillow. You study it, draw it a few times until your happy with it and impliment it. and then you promptly pwn it.

and I enjoy heavily owning art in it's face. >>8C!
:D

Starting with Bridgeman's anatomy like I mentioned in the tutorial learning about the bones and proportions, in addition to that I'm going to be taking up walking down to the beach near where I live (The same beach seen in one of the fire videos! :O ) and doing life drawings with traditional media (Charcoal, Pastels Pencils)

I'll scan them and post them here or on twitter.
and then I'll hopefully stop procrastinating on the damn website! D8<

but at least I have a good excuse for going to see the beach again, life drawing. and the probabilities that first nations people in that area are going to bitch and whine more then the FF7 GM council and get the beach restricted from public access.
if you guys never hear from me again that means I had a Call of Juarez shootout. :/

though that's not likely I don't think they would have anything serious against an artist just drawing a duck, if i'm not aloud to draw at the beach then if asked i'll leave. not like i'm planning any doomsday weapons. . . .
>_>
<_<

...Duck launcher. 8D
Shhh nobody tell city council.

-Update-

Here are some pictures I took while I was walking ^^;
It was really warm weather and made me wish I went at 5 AM. =<
we're kinda having Desert weather nearing the end of summer, mornings are bitterly cold and afternoons are blistering hot.

The walk down to The beach wasn't eventful. saw alot of familiar sights since it's been there in arounds of six years more or less since I went down there. lots of flashbacks and fond memories, they haven't even really replaced the jungle gym for the kids there. at least the mountian smoke has cleared up a great deal.

I stayed at the beach for an hour or so before heading home. filled a couple of pages as my "Something's wrong" radar in my brain started tingling. and so started the march back home to find my mother pale in the face, earlier she had gone out with a friend from the internet. (Who turned out to actually be a very lovely neat lady :D ) unfortunately both of them misplaced where the car was. and my Mother got a bad case of Sunstroke that made her vomitus. she's doing better now. (3 AM my time) went to sleep, she's got Gracie sleeping with her.

overall fun adventure. left me with a sense of-
SUUUUNNNNN~ >8C *Captain Kirk Spazms*

-Update 2-

Here's the drawings I did. nothing really special. I've had a bit of a disconnet with traditional art since my parents first scanner was a paper eating fonz demon D8

wow, that leg looks amazingly real!!

i'm so proud of you frostie! you go tackle that beach and still life art. all i can say is that your self-teaching and studying methods for art are far beyond anything i could probably ever do.

can't wait to see scans!! and hopefully no authorities will kick you off the beach >:( there should be no reason to, unless you gather up an army of ducklings to mow down people's houses with...xD

Thank you Jordie! :D

though I don't think it's far beyond anything anyone could do. people set their own limits as to what they can do. but sometimes those limits can be a good thing to keep from flying up out of the atmosphere.

Art is like riding a bycicle with alzhimers. sometimes things just slip into or out of grasp.

and I did attempt to tackle that Beach! wasn't bad for my first time being there in a while. no authority problems. actually found a nice bench with a view of the beach to sit on! ^^

felt like a bit of a stalker though (Insane Valley/desert like weather and I wore a hoodie! D8)
hopeing to scan a bit when everyone in the house isn't sleeping! <3
