After going to the AVALANCHE outpost, Ekiri saw that no one was there....
Yuge...Kashido..or any youth AVALANCHE members...it was so quiet...
Ekiri looked to the barrel of what once was her sister's FN P90, one shot left...
one shot...one chance...one loss...one gain,
Death.
Blinded by madness and covered in liquid crimson a woman walked a lone path over mountian and cross rivers, her gun slung around her neck, a single bullet left in it, meant for the cliff ahead into the dark watery aybss....though something awaited her around the corner...this white haired female did not know...if it were illusion or reality?
[23:25] Footsteps were heard crunching the soft earth beneath heavy boots, Ekiri leant on the tree with her hand imprinting her fingerprints forever on the tree in crimson red that was covering her arms and hands, running a hand through her hair she looked up past the tree looking at the figure she quizically knew....but was it really him ".....Yuge...?" she said in apathy, not sure if it was him or a drugged up insomnia illusion
[23:28] Yuge heard the voice behind him, and for moment wasn't sure if it was in his head... it was the voice that had been in his head for a while... but no, this sounded real... slowly and cautiously he turned around, half expecting to see nothing.
[23:28] Yuge: E... Ekiri?
[23:31] Ekiri blinked a couple of times behind her locks of pure white she shuddered lightly before breaking out into laughter "Gotta...be the meds...I can't even see straight.....you aren't here....that'd be im....impossible...are you my illusion or am I yours?" she asked quizically still seeming to be cracking up in the worst kind of way.
[23:33] Yuge: Ekiri... well... I guess I can't say for sure... heh, maybe I'm finally dieing and God has a sence of humor...
[23:36] Ekiri took another step forwards still useing the tree as support for her weak right leg she shook her head still breaking up into light chuckles "You can't die...what'd your wife and kids say?" she said with a forced smile closeing her crimson blinded eyes to make it seem more sincere "Everyone at AVALANCHE is so busy....it doesn't make sense that you'd be here and not there leading them on."
[23:38] Yuge started to speak... but finaly coming to the conclusion that she really was there, he suddenly realized her wounds. "Ekiri, what happened to you!?" he asked, moving to her side.
[23:41] Ekiri leaned her back against the tree opening her eyes blinking again, not believeing that he was here, but humoring him as if this was still but a drugged dream, "If you remember a while ago....the guy who made me cut my stomach open....he is resting in brimstone and fire, but didn't let me get away without a fleshwound..." she motioned to her leg then looked at her arms "Kind of made a mess of the church though....sorry...." she spoke softly
[23:41] Yuge: ... fuck... I'm sorry...
[23:42] Yuge: I'm sorry... for everthing I've done to you...
[23:42] Yuge: for betraying every promise I made... to protect you, to be there for you...
[23:45] Ekiri shook her head lowering her gaze forceing a smile again "It's not your fault if I can't be strong enough to protect myself....if I can't stand on my own two feet then the best option is to lay down and die.....without any regrets." she looked back up at him "You live only one life, make the most of it until you can't anymore."
[23:48] Yuge: Ekiri... if you where to lay down and die... I would have to follow you... and right now I have far too many regrets to rest peacefully...
[23:55] Ekiri let out a light breath her voice becomeing a bit serious "Yuge....you have to live...one person is nothing to die for....my bones are worn and my body is ready to give up and my heart stop beating....my next battle may be my last....AVALANCHE's motto....right...you can't fight...you can't do anything..your worthless......gotta...fight ShinRa, have to slaughter everyone who apraises ShinRa...." she held her hands to her forehead her voice breaking "It doesn't...make..any..sense...."
[23:58] Yuge: ... what's the point of trying to save the planet... if you're not on it...
[0:02] Ekiri shakes her head going back to the weak laughter of before dropping her arms at her sides, "Now I know your an illusion.....the real Yuge was going to be married soon, your wife wouldn't look kindly on your flirting with other women." she waved a blood drenched finger in a 'matter of fact' way before leaning back against the tree again slumped "I ended my family desputes by setting them all on fire....and now I can't even settle my own mental illnesses....not that it isn't joyful to have a illusion of you following me around.....quite pleasent actually."
[0:06] Yuge clenched his fists tightly, dried wounds on the organic one opening up, and blood trickled from it. "I threw it away... I threw it all away..." he muttered to himself, his voice raising his spoke more, seemingly to himself, "Why haven't I died yet?"
[0:08] Yuge: Why... can't I just die... I'm tired of this...
[0:09] Ekiri looked at him her eyes slightly widening, she dug in her skirt pocket pulling out a handkercheif turning towards him to wipe away the trickling blood, senseing the light warmth from his skin she lowered her eyes "Because there are still people who care about you....so the universe, no matter how cruel it is will not let the damned die until every last person who cares about them....is dead...that's why Esune was trying to kill you through me...and through other means...so both of us could die."
[0:15] Yuge: ... I love you... Ekiri... I... I can't ever expect you to forgive me for what I've done... please... hate me if you must... think I'm an illusion... just please believe me when I say that I love you... I allowed my fear to control me and I turned my back on you... something that's haunted me and something I can never atone for... I'm not sure what I am going to say to Tamio... what's going to happen... but I love you... I'm sorry...
[0:18] Ekiri let out a light breath as if she had the wind beaten out of her, her crimson drenched eyes wide, trembling slightly "I never blamed you....not once..." she lowered her head her hair hideing her eyes which now had tears flickering in them and rolling down her cheeks she looked up again with a truely sincere smile "I love you too Yuge...that will never change...no matter what has or will happend."
[0:20] Yuge: I guess...

[0:21] Yuge smiled, even he didn't understand exactly how he was feeling...
[0:22] Ekiri broke into a heartfelt chuckle resting her hand at the side of her face to wipe away her tears "It just took one really long bumpy boring car ride to get to life while we were clinging to our deaths."
[0:26] Yuge cautiously stepped closer to Ekiri, putting his arms around her, almost certain he would go right through her and find out this was all a dream.
[0:28] Ekiri pushed herself up off the tree and stood on her own two feet her right leg buckling some but she used her left leg to stabilize she put her arms around Yuge as well to reasure herself further he wasn't an illusion
[0:30] Yuge: ... you're really here...
[0:33] Ekiri: If we're both really here.....then I guess there's nothing to worry about... *She said with a kind smile speaking softly* especially since death favors none of us.
[0:35] Yuge held Ekiri close to him, and brought his lips onto hers, deciding no words could properly convey how he was feeling.
[0:39] Ekiri held onto Yuge tightly as his lips touched her own, nothing could express the emotion buzzing through her mind, a few tears of joy that he was real and not a full illusion slipped down the sides of her face, in silent prayer that this moment would say frozen in her mind for all eternity, good and bad times, until rightly death came upon her.
[0:44] Yuge understood now, what they meant in all those love stories about that feeling of a moment lasting forever. He held on to Ekiri, as if she would float away if he let go, savoring the moment and ending the kiss with great reluctance.
[0:45] Yuge: I promise, I will never leave you again... no matter what...
[0:49] As the kiss ended Ekiri opened her eyes looking at Yuge's, with a heartfelt smile that had not graced her face for possibley many months, or even years, "and I promise...I wont leave your side.....I never questioned you, and I wont start now." she chuckled a little

[0:52] Yuge realized that they where both covered in a messy mix of eachothers' blood.
[0:53] Yuge: Okay... as soon as we hit civilization... we're grabbing a shower...
[0:56] Ekiri looked at Yuge then herself blinking then shrugged "Well, I guess it wouldn't bode well to just walk around covered in blood, I feel as comfortable as if it was my skin, though if you insist "leader" " she snickered lightly giveing a small poke to Yuge's shoulder
[0:57] Yuge laughed to himself and then sighed
[0:57] Yuge: I still have absolutely no idea what I'm going to say to Tamio...
[0:58] Ekiri: just take your time, it'll come to you when you need to say it.
[1:00] Yuge: heh, I don't suppose you can try and whip up some drinks for us later to celebrate... I think I'd quite like something that could kill me..
[1:01] Yuge smiled at Ekiri and laughed, his memories of her leading up to this moment flashing in his head.
[1:03] Ekiri smiled back, her own mind drifting back to the fond memories, the beginning, the fighting, and eveything else that lead up to this moment she nodded with a cheerier smile "I'm sure i'd be able to whip something up." holding up a single finger next to her eye with a wink "Always like making a new deadly concauction for you to test."
[1:05] Yuge: So... where do we go from here?
[1:09] Ekiri looked over her shoulder at the horizon blinking a couple of times "Two choices come to mind...A) Two bottles of Whisky, Rum, Vodka, and Five weeks on the shores of Costa-Del-Sol getting drunk off our asses....ooorr....B) head back to the giant metal deathtrap and take on the world with a invincible army of misfits and disaligned Jigsaw puzzle peices."
[1:09] Yuge: Both are very tempting choices...
[1:15] Yuge: Hmmmm... I dunno... I feel we have an obligation to the metal deathtrap... but at the same time, I'd like to have some time alone with you before we inevitably die together in a blaze of glory.
[1:18] Ekiri blinked a few times looking at the Horizon then back at Yuge then down the road muttering slightly under her breath "Those bastards better not have bashed up my bar." she then looked back to Yuge " Blaze of glory sounds nice....I doubt things would fall to hell too much if we were missing for a few more hours...or a day." giveing into a playful if not evil kitten-like smile.
[1:19] Yuge: maybe a few months...
[1:20] Yuge smiled back at Ekiri, still trying to register what had just happened.
[1:20] Ekiri: ....or a year...maybe that's streatching it, but i'm sure they'll still be in the crooked line we left them in. --returning the smile once more beaming pure joy--
[1:22] Yuge: I don't think... I have ever once seen you smile this much... it's really nice... and the fact that the reason for it...
[1:24] Yuge: ... that I've been able to bring you this joy... even if I do manage to save the world... this will be the victory I'll remember...
[1:27] Ekiri tilted her head left and right with a light nod "I can't help but smile when I have reason to use my lungs and keep my heart beating......I am eternally grateful to the one who gave you life Yuge..." she reached a hand up and touched the right side of his face noticeing the eyepatch with a light snicker "Even if some of you is falling apart."
[1:32] Yuge: Yeah... wander if you could take the time to work on my body in a technical aspect too
[1:32] Yuge: I swear... something must be wrong with my arm... whenever I see someone in Shinra... my arm just kinda shoots foward and my middle finger gets all stiff
[1:35] A light blush crossed Ekiri's face but faded back into pale with a nod then chuckled lightly "Sure that isn't just a natural reaction?" she tilted her head a little to the side "Sure. i'll be able to do some possible fixes to any problems with your limbs you may have."
[1:38] Yuge: And I'll be sure to look your body over too, but that's mostly for fun.
[1:42] Ekiri blinked widely then shook her negative thoughts off with a soft smile like smirk, "Like something out of a cheesy novel, except made better by the power of liqour." she spoke jokingly looking up at the sky
[1:48] Yuge smirked and looked at Ekiri, so happy with the world he forgot about Shinra, about Midgar, about the planet, just glad he had her, "I love you, Ekiri..."
[1:53] Ekiri closed her eyes taking a deep breath then opned her eyes looking at Yuge the happy smile not leaveing her face for anything in the world, she was in her own state of heaven just haveing him near her putting her heartfelt hapiness into her voice for the first time "I love you too, Yuge."
The two held each other tightly, before hearing their comunicators go off, both of them held grave faces...for the other end, did not bring fair news..
though the two still held passion in their eyes....
regardless of how much they were needed back at base.
[2:18] Yuge sighs
[2:19] Yuge: Let's at least have one night... Shinra can wait, or Shinra can jump off a plate.
[2:21] Ekiri nodded her head lightly, "Cool your head and let your worries lay low or they will consume you whole."
[2:26] Yuge sighed and and looked at Ekiri... "Thank you... you know... with you by my side... I'd say we can at least kill Sephiroth and take out the majority of SOLDIER and the Turks before we go down... and that's if it's just me and you.
[2:30] Ekiri smiled kindly "Would be as if the world would crack in two before we fell in battle. everything will go as it should....and if we fail the future generation will suceed."
[2:31] Yuge: I know one thing at least, as long as your with me, whether it's fighting by my side, or waiting back at the Outpost... but as long I have you to come back too, I can't die.
[2:34] Ekiri held a hand over her heart while speaking softly "No matter how far apart we are i'll always know your right beside me in spirit and will return safely."
Ekiri smiled as they turned to the horizon under the giant willow tree, Yuge rested his arms over Ekiri's shoulder putting light weight on her letting her know she was there, she just smiled as the sun sank into the mountians in front of them and disapeared into the forcoming night.

Yuge stood at the edge of the cliff, staring off into the water. It was the middle of the night and Ekiri was still sound asleep, he hoped he would be back to her when she woke up, but he needed to think. His mind and heart where split in half. He had two girls who loved him, each one dedicated and loyal… he didn’t want to hurt either one, but it was inevitable… a tear fell from his eye…
“I’m sorry Tamio… I don’t want to hurt you… but I can’t hurt Ekiri… not any more than I already have…” he spoke out loud to no one in particular. A feeling of helplessness build up in his heart, so much he was surprised it could still beat. He was so lost in thought he didn’t notice the presence lurking by.
“One way, I hurt my fiance… the girl I expected to marry and start a family with…” Yuge continued to himself “on the other hand… the other way… I hurt the girl who has loved me and been loyal to me, even when I turned by back on her…” Yuge sighed and thought to himself how much his life had changed. He saw in his head Tamio, ever loving, smiling at him happily… then he saw an image from that day, Ekiri… smiling… genuinely happy for the first time in so long…
After a bit of silence he spoke out loud again “I don’t deserve either of them…”
“Then today is their lucky day… Yuge Recreant of AVALANCHE” the voice of a young man spoke out behind him. Probably in his early twenties… no older, Yuge could tell by the voice the man hadn’t seen too much real combat… too bad, today wasn’t their lucky day.
Yuge turned around and it was now that he saw them, five MPs, rifles aimed at him. It was a cliff on one end, guns on the other…
“Between a rock and a hard place in my heart… between a rock and a hard place in life…” Yuge spoke, almost melodically to himself, then looking at the MPs added “Pray to whoever you worship now… because in seven seconds, you’re all going to be dead.”
The one in the middle, the one who spoke before, apparently the captain, looked at Yuge and smirked arrogantly, foolishly believing that his superior numbers would save him. He laughed a bit, and Yuge could see that the men with him didn’t appear any less virgin to combat than their captain… to bad, today /really/ wasn’t their lucky day…
Guns fired, but he was already moving. Yuge ducked below the fire, and it went over his head, by the time they reaimed, he was already in the air. Landing next to the MP at the left of the formation he smirked and spoke into the mans ear… “One”
With that, he grabbed the MP and turned, using him as a human shield. Bullets riddled the body, and blood began to stream from his lips. Yuge ran with the body, suddenly releasing it, and sending it hurtling into another MP. The remaining three looked at him and a smile crossed Yuge’s lips. “Two”
They aimed their rifles and fired on, determined to take down the rebel leader. However by the time their fingers touched the triggers, he was on them. Yuge grabbed one of their guns, and tore it from the man’s grip, striking him with such force it killed him instantly. “Three”
By this time the one knocked down earlier had managed to crawl out from under the body of his fallen comrade and went to pick up his gun, but just as he reached for it, a spray of bullets tore his hand from his wrist. He fell back and howled in pain, though Yuge, holding the body of an MP as a shield in one hand and a rife in the other, didn’t stop to observe the effects of his attack. “Four”
As he counted, a desperate MP charged him, Yuge threw the body to the ground, and thrust the butt of his rifle into the MP’s gut, a fountain of blood spouting from his mouth. He hooked his leg around the MP’s and threw him to the ground effortlessly smashing his skull open on impact. “Five”
Yuge looked into the captain’s eyes, seeing his vulnerability, his fear. The man knew he was going to die, he knew he would be dead before he could open his mouth to beg for mercy. He was terrified, and Yuge smiled. Suddenly shifting his weight, Yuge twisted his body and delivered a swift kick from his right leg into the MP’s chin, snapping his neck and sending him hurtling from the cliff into the waters below. “Six”
Yuge turned and aimed his gun, the MP was still clutching the bloody stump that used to be his right hand. He had just enough time to notice Yuge’s attention was on him, before another spray of bullets sprayed remnants of his head all over the terrain. “Seven”
Yuge didn’t speak, he threw the rifle in his hands as far as he could, seeing a splash in the distance as it hit the water. He simply started to walk. He quickly began to run. One image appeared in Yuge’s head, a picture of Ekiri, laying peacefully asleep in bed, Yuge lay with his arms around her, his heart still held the helplessness, he knew someone would be hurt… but he also felt a sense of purpose… something that he hadn’t felt in far too long… a sense of true purpose…

Deep in night on rocky seas,
Ekiri slept next to Yuge, opening her eyes to see he was lost in a endless sleep for the night, she snuck away from him for a moment smileing at how angelic the leader of AVALANCHE looked,
She creeped outside pulling on her hooded vest and skirt and boots admireing as the moon hung above the ship and the clouds, walking up the steps graceing her hand along the railing, she looked up at the cliff where at sunset they spoke words of love once more to each other, holding a hand to her heart with a soft expression graceing it....
but that soft expression soon fell, she didn't remember it well....but she met Tamio once after hearing rumors...at the Church, Tamio and Kath, Yuge's adopted daughter, she remembered the woman saying
"To have Yuge as my love...it's a blessing, I hope you find similiar."
Ekiri found herself holding her chest in pain before giveing into a feirce set of coughs covering her mouth so Yuge wouldn't wake, she heard him stir from below but not a creak of waking up when she moved her hand from her mouth her pupils shrank, her hand was dripping crimson red blood
"I....can't do this to them....I swore love to you....
and I can't even bare to be with you....
You belong to another woman and child...."
Ekiri whimpered, "I don't deserve this......"
she imagined shadowed figures....Tamio, and Yuge,
their wedding day...at the I-do's Yuges face fell and looked up at Ekiri and mouthed 'I love you' and Tamio's face grew angry as did everyone elses and fire consumed it all,
The white haired girl held her head shaking it, tears falling from her eyes, the sewn gash in her heart breaking open again, after a few harsh breaths Ekiri stood up normally looking to the old willow tree on the cliff, she saw a figure, with glowing yellow eyes on top of a hat stareing back at her,
the glare that peirced her heart, Ekiri's mouth hung open and she began to shake in fear, the figure pointed to the cabin below...and then crossed it's hand across it's neck "Stop haunting me...." Ekiri breathlessly said as hot tears streaked down her face
"Forgive me.....for I am weak.....
I have killed all of my Kin....
and submerged myself in shadow....
I cannot be close to anyone...
because I hate myself....
I walk in a group....
Yet I walk alone........
So Please forgive me.....
My one and only weakness....is Love..."
she choked the words out before dropping to her knee's clamping a hand to her mouth giveing into silent sobs....she wouldn't leave his side...yet she couldn't be close to him...
and so in this....she cried for the last time.
after this night, Ekiri will no longer cry for sorrow.
anguish, and defeat. Apathy has devoured her....
and rare smiles are all that remain...for she is loyal to the one she killed her firstborn for,
and that was AVALANCHE.

[0:09] Ekiri looked at him her eyes slightly widening, she dug in her skirt pocket pulling out a handkercheif turning towards him to wipe away the trickling blood, senseing the light warmth from his skin she lowered her eyes "Because there are still people who care about you....so the universe, no matter how cruel it is will not let the damned die until every last person who cares about them....is dead...that's why Esune was trying to kill you through me...and through other means...so both of us could die."
[0:15] Yuge: ... I love you... Ekiri... I... I can't ever expect you to forgive me for what I've done... please... hate me if you must... think I'm an illusion... just please believe me when I say that I love you... I allowed my fear to control me and I turned my back on you... something that's haunted me and something I can never atone for... I'm not sure what I am going to say to Tamio... what's going to happen... but I love you... I'm sorry...
[0:18] Ekiri let out a light breath as if she had the wind beaten out of her, her crimson drenched eyes wide, trembling slightly "I never blamed you....not once..." she lowered her head her hair hideing her eyes which now had tears flickering in them and rolling down her cheeks she looked up again with a truely sincere smile "I love you too Yuge...that will never change...no matter what has or will happend."
[0:20] Yuge: I guess...
[0:20] Yuge: we both did live long enough...
[0:20] Yuge: go figure...
[0:21] Yuge smiled, even he didn't understand exactly how he was feeling...
[0:22] Ekiri broke into a heartfelt chuckle resting her hand at the side of her face to wipe away her tears "It just took one really long bumpy boring car ride to get to life while we were clinging to our deaths."
[0:26] Yuge cautiously stepped closer to Ekiri, putting his arms around her, almost certain he would go right through her and find out this was all a dream.
[0:28] Ekiri pushed herself up off the tree and stood on her own two feet her right leg buckling some but she used her left leg to stabilize she put her arms around Yuge as well to reasure herself further he wasn't an illusion
[0:30] Yuge: ... you're really here...
[0:33] Ekiri: If we're both really here.....then I guess there's nothing to worry about... *She said with a kind smile speaking softly* especially since death favors none of us.
[0:35] Yuge held Ekiri close to him, and brought his lips onto hers, deciding no words could properly convey how he was feeling.
[0:39] Ekiri held onto Yuge tightly as his lips touched her own, nothing could express the emotion buzzing through her mind, a few tears of joy that he was real and not a full illusion slipped down the sides of her face, in silent prayer that this moment would say frozen in her mind for all eternity, good and bad times, until rightly death came upon her.
[0:44] Yuge understood now, what they meant in all those love stories about that feeling of a moment lasting forever. He held on to Ekiri, as if she would float away if he let go, savoring the moment and ending the kiss with great reluctance.
[0:45] Yuge: I promise, I will never leave you again... no matter what...
[0:49] As the kiss ended Ekiri opened her eyes looking at Yuge's, with a heartfelt smile that had not graced her face for possibley many months, or even years, "and I promise...I wont leave your side.....I never questioned you, and I wont start now." she chuckled a little
[0:51] Yuge: I... really don't deserve any of this... bu-
[0:52] Yuge realized that they where both covered in a messy mix of eachothers' blood.
[0:53] Yuge: Okay... as soon as we hit civilization... we're grabbing a shower...
[0:56] Ekiri looked at Yuge then herself blinking then shrugged "Well, I guess it wouldn't bode well to just walk around covered in blood, I feel as comfortable as if it was my skin, though if you insist "leader" " she snickered lightly giveing a small poke to Yuge's shoulder
[0:57] Yuge laughed to himself and then sighed
[0:57] Yuge: I still have absolutely no idea what I'm going to say to Tamio...
[0:58] Ekiri: just take your time, it'll come to you when you need to say it.
[1:00] Yuge: heh, I don't suppose you can try and whip up some drinks for us later to celebrate... I think I'd quite like something that could kill me..
[1:01] Yuge smiled at Ekiri and laughed, his memories of her leading up to this moment flashing in his head.
[1:03] Ekiri smiled back, her own mind drifting back to the fond memories, the beginning, the fighting, and eveything else that lead up to this moment she nodded with a cheerier smile "I'm sure i'd be able to whip something up." holding up a single finger next to her eye with a wink "Always like making a new deadly concauction for you to test."
[1:05] Yuge: So... where do we go from here?
[1:09] Ekiri looked over her shoulder at the horizon blinking a couple of times "Two choices come to mind...A) Two bottles of Whisky, Rum, Vodka, and Five weeks on the shores of Costa-Del-Sol getting drunk off our asses....ooorr....B) head back to the giant metal deathtrap and take on the world with a invincible army of misfits and disaligned Jigsaw puzzle peices."
[1:09] Yuge: Both are very tempting choices...
[1:15] Yuge: Hmmmm... I dunno... I feel we have an obligation to the metal deathtrap... but at the same time, I'd like to have some time alone with you before we inevitably die together in a blaze of glory.
[1:18] Ekiri blinked a few times looking at the Horizon then back at Yuge then down the road muttering slightly under her breath "Those bastards better not have bashed up my bar." she then looked back to Yuge " Blaze of glory sounds nice....I doubt things would fall to hell too much if we were missing for a few more hours...or a day." giveing into a playful if not evil kitten-like smile.
[1:19] Yuge: maybe a few months...
[1:20] Yuge smiled back at Ekiri, still trying to register what had just happened.
[1:20] Ekiri: ....or a year...maybe that's streatching it, but i'm sure they'll still be in the crooked line we left them in. --returning the smile once more beaming pure joy--
[1:22] Yuge: I don't think... I have ever once seen you smile this much... it's really nice... and the fact that the reason for it...
[1:24] Yuge: ... that I've been able to bring you this joy... even if I do manage to save the world... this will be the victory I'll remember...
[1:27] Ekiri tilted her head left and right with a light nod "I can't help but smile when I have reason to use my lungs and keep my heart beating......I am eternally grateful to the one who gave you life Yuge..." she reached a hand up and touched the right side of his face noticeing the eyepatch with a light snicker "Even if some of you is falling apart."
[1:32] Yuge: Yeah... wander if you could take the time to work on my body in a technical aspect too
[1:32] Yuge: I swear... something must be wrong with my arm... whenever I see someone in Shinra... my arm just kinda shoots foward and my middle finger gets all stiff
[1:35] A light blush crossed Ekiri's face but faded back into pale with a nod then chuckled lightly "Sure that isn't just a natural reaction?" she tilted her head a little to the side "Sure. i'll be able to do some possible fixes to any problems with your limbs you may have."
[1:38] Yuge: And I'll be sure to look your body over too, but that's mostly for fun.
[1:42] Ekiri blinked widely then shook her negative thoughts off with a soft smile like smirk, "Like something out of a cheesy novel, except made better by the power of liqour." she spoke jokingly looking up at the sky
[1:48] Yuge smirked and looked at Ekiri, so happy with the world he forgot about Shinra, about Midgar, about the planet, just glad he had her, "I love you, Ekiri..."
[1:53] Ekiri closed her eyes taking a deep breath then opned her eyes looking at Yuge the happy smile not leaveing her face for anything in the world, she was in her own state of heaven just haveing him near her putting her heartfelt hapiness into her voice for the first time "I love you too, Yuge."
The two held each other tightly, before hearing their comunicators go off, both of them held grave faces...for the other end, did not bring fair news..
though the two still held passion in their eyes....
regardless of how much they were needed back at base.
[2:18] Yuge sighs
[2:19] Yuge: Let's at least have one night... Shinra can wait, or Shinra can jump off a plate.
[2:21] Ekiri nodded her head lightly, "Cool your head and let your worries lay low or they will consume you whole."
[2:26] Yuge sighed and and looked at Ekiri... "Thank you... you know... with you by my side... I'd say we can at least kill Sephiroth and take out the majority of SOLDIER and the Turks before we go down... and that's if it's just me and you.
[2:30] Ekiri smiled kindly "Would be as if the world would crack in two before we fell in battle. everything will go as it should....and if we fail the future generation will suceed."
[2:31] Yuge: I know one thing at least, as long as your with me, whether it's fighting by my side, or waiting back at the Outpost... but as long I have you to come back too, I can't die.
[2:34] Ekiri held a hand over her heart while speaking softly "No matter how far apart we are i'll always know your right beside me in spirit and will return safely."
Ekiri smiled as they turned to the horizon under the giant willow tree, Yuge rested his arms over Ekiri's shoulder putting light weight on her letting her know she was there, she just smiled as the sun sank into the mountians in front of them and disapeared into the forcoming night.

Yuge stood at the edge of the cliff, staring off into the water. It was the middle of the night and Ekiri was still sound asleep, he hoped he would be back to her when she woke up, but he needed to think. His mind and heart where split in half. He had two girls who loved him, each one dedicated and loyal… he didn’t want to hurt either one, but it was inevitable… a tear fell from his eye…
“I’m sorry Tamio… I don’t want to hurt you… but I can’t hurt Ekiri… not any more than I already have…” he spoke out loud to no one in particular. A feeling of helplessness build up in his heart, so much he was surprised it could still beat. He was so lost in thought he didn’t notice the presence lurking by.
“One way, I hurt my fiance… the girl I expected to marry and start a family with…” Yuge continued to himself “on the other hand… the other way… I hurt the girl who has loved me and been loyal to me, even when I turned by back on her…” Yuge sighed and thought to himself how much his life had changed. He saw in his head Tamio, ever loving, smiling at him happily… then he saw an image from that day, Ekiri… smiling… genuinely happy for the first time in so long…
After a bit of silence he spoke out loud again “I don’t deserve either of them…”
“Then today is their lucky day… Yuge Recreant of AVALANCHE” the voice of a young man spoke out behind him. Probably in his early twenties… no older, Yuge could tell by the voice the man hadn’t seen too much real combat… too bad, today wasn’t their lucky day.
Yuge turned around and it was now that he saw them, five MPs, rifles aimed at him. It was a cliff on one end, guns on the other…
“Between a rock and a hard place in my heart… between a rock and a hard place in life…” Yuge spoke, almost melodically to himself, then looking at the MPs added “Pray to whoever you worship now… because in seven seconds, you’re all going to be dead.”
The one in the middle, the one who spoke before, apparently the captain, looked at Yuge and smirked arrogantly, foolishly believing that his superior numbers would save him. He laughed a bit, and Yuge could see that the men with him didn’t appear any less virgin to combat than their captain… to bad, today /really/ wasn’t their lucky day…
Guns fired, but he was already moving. Yuge ducked below the fire, and it went over his head, by the time they reaimed, he was already in the air. Landing next to the MP at the left of the formation he smirked and spoke into the mans ear… “One”
With that, he grabbed the MP and turned, using him as a human shield. Bullets riddled the body, and blood began to stream from his lips. Yuge ran with the body, suddenly releasing it, and sending it hurtling into another MP. The remaining three looked at him and a smile crossed Yuge’s lips. “Two”
They aimed their rifles and fired on, determined to take down the rebel leader. However by the time their fingers touched the triggers, he was on them. Yuge grabbed one of their guns, and tore it from the man’s grip, striking him with such force it killed him instantly. “Three”
By this time the one knocked down earlier had managed to crawl out from under the body of his fallen comrade and went to pick up his gun, but just as he reached for it, a spray of bullets tore his hand from his wrist. He fell back and howled in pain, though Yuge, holding the body of an MP as a shield in one hand and a rife in the other, didn’t stop to observe the effects of his attack. “Four”
As he counted, a desperate MP charged him, Yuge threw the body to the ground, and thrust the butt of his rifle into the MP’s gut, a fountain of blood spouting from his mouth. He hooked his leg around the MP’s and threw him to the ground effortlessly smashing his skull open on impact. “Five”
Yuge looked into the captain’s eyes, seeing his vulnerability, his fear. The man knew he was going to die, he knew he would be dead before he could open his mouth to beg for mercy. He was terrified, and Yuge smiled. Suddenly shifting his weight, Yuge twisted his body and delivered a swift kick from his right leg into the MP’s chin, snapping his neck and sending him hurtling from the cliff into the waters below. “Six”
Yuge turned and aimed his gun, the MP was still clutching the bloody stump that used to be his right hand. He had just enough time to notice Yuge’s attention was on him, before another spray of bullets sprayed remnants of his head all over the terrain. “Seven”
Yuge didn’t speak, he threw the rifle in his hands as far as he could, seeing a splash in the distance as it hit the water. He simply started to walk. He quickly began to run. One image appeared in Yuge’s head, a picture of Ekiri, laying peacefully asleep in bed, Yuge lay with his arms around her, his heart still held the helplessness, he knew someone would be hurt… but he also felt a sense of purpose… something that he hadn’t felt in far too long… a sense of true purpose…

Deep in night on rocky seas,
Ekiri slept next to Yuge, opening her eyes to see he was lost in a endless sleep for the night, she snuck away from him for a moment smileing at how angelic the leader of AVALANCHE looked,
She creeped outside pulling on her hooded vest and skirt and boots admireing as the moon hung above the ship and the clouds, walking up the steps graceing her hand along the railing, she looked up at the cliff where at sunset they spoke words of love once more to each other, holding a hand to her heart with a soft expression graceing it....
but that soft expression soon fell, she didn't remember it well....but she met Tamio once after hearing rumors...at the Church, Tamio and Kath, Yuge's adopted daughter, she remembered the woman saying
"To have Yuge as my love...it's a blessing, I hope you find similiar."
Ekiri found herself holding her chest in pain before giveing into a feirce set of coughs covering her mouth so Yuge wouldn't wake, she heard him stir from below but not a creak of waking up when she moved her hand from her mouth her pupils shrank, her hand was dripping crimson red blood
"I....can't do this to them....I swore love to you....
and I can't even bare to be with you....
You belong to another woman and child...."
Ekiri whimpered, "I don't deserve this......"
she imagined shadowed figures....Tamio, and Yuge,
their wedding day...at the I-do's Yuges face fell and looked up at Ekiri and mouthed 'I love you' and Tamio's face grew angry as did everyone elses and fire consumed it all,
The white haired girl held her head shaking it, tears falling from her eyes, the sewn gash in her heart breaking open again, after a few harsh breaths Ekiri stood up normally looking to the old willow tree on the cliff, she saw a figure, with glowing yellow eyes on top of a hat stareing back at her,
the glare that peirced her heart, Ekiri's mouth hung open and she began to shake in fear, the figure pointed to the cabin below...and then crossed it's hand across it's neck "Stop haunting me...." Ekiri breathlessly said as hot tears streaked down her face
"Forgive me.....for I am weak.....
I have killed all of my Kin....
and submerged myself in shadow....
I cannot be close to anyone...
because I hate myself....
I walk in a group....
Yet I walk alone........
So Please forgive me.....
My one and only weakness....is Love..."
she choked the words out before dropping to her knee's clamping a hand to her mouth giveing into silent sobs....she wouldn't leave his side...yet she couldn't be close to him...
and so in this....she cried for the last time.
after this night, Ekiri will no longer cry for sorrow.
anguish, and defeat. Apathy has devoured her....
and rare smiles are all that remain...for she is loyal to the one she killed her firstborn for,
and that was AVALANCHE.
